Heeeeeyyyyy!

Okay so i know i have been neglecting my blog recently and i am sorry, i have just had so much going on right now so i will try to catch up with everything in this post, anything i forget i will add on later so be sure to check back.

Okay so in no particular order:

Glee: This is only just started back up season two waaaaay after it was shown in the US, so rrry for you guys over there but you might want to skip this bit, the same goes for people who do not want spoilers. Okay so in the first episode back we find out that although competing well in the competition at the end of last season trhey are still unpopular and as such decide they need to try a different tactic to get some new people in the club. Rachel discovers Sunshine in the bathroom and they have a bit of a sing off. Then there is Sam the new kid on the football team who performed an amazing rendition of Billionaire. The  rest of glee club has also been through some changes Tina dumped Artie for Mike and Puck got a vasectomy. That is not the only surgery that happened over the summer as Santana came back with a several sizes larger boobs. Oh and now that she's not pregnant Quinn is head Cheerio again. Then of course there is the new head football coach- well you would have to see her to believe me.

The Britney/Brittany episode was hilarious but it was great to see Britney looking better and it was also good to see Brittany get more of a chance. I have downloaded all of the songs from this episode, mainly because they were so much better than the originals although i have to say that i think i have the originals already on the I Pod.

Okay then we have the third episode which i have to say was one of the worst i have seen. maybe it is because i am not a big religious person, person i just didn't really get it and i am sorry to say that this is one of the first episodes i haven't followed up with downloading ANY of the songs. Upcoming episode tonight is entitled Duets, and i have to say looks really good.

90210: Okay so the first couple of episodes in this series have been amazing and i look forward to the rest of the series and all the twists and turns they can throw at this show, i really can't be bothered with a full recap of all of the episodes but her is my fave part so far:

But there has also been some amazing drama, first of all we have the earthquake at school on the first day back no less. This brought with it a great new episode especially seeing Liam and Annie together and finding out what they both did with their summers from hell. Then of course we have the whole Mr Cannon situation with Naomi but it hink as sad as the subject is it will make for some great storylines and episodes to follow.

Then of course we have the introduction of Evan Ross onto the show as Charlie, Annies new love interest but Annie has other things on her mind. Annie's family is in a lot of finanicial trouble but gets an offer from her part time emplyer she cannot refuse.

Naomi, after coming into her trust fund throws herself into her lavish eighteenth birthday party only to find out that keeping her friends in the dark about what happened to her is actually pushing them away. She eventually comes clean to Silver and after a tense moment with Annie Silver lets the other two in on the secret, upsetting Naomi at first but once she realises they are still on her side things settle down.

Oscar the new guy with the adoringly fake british accent turns up as an old friend of Ivy's making Dixon jealous even though Oscar is actually sleeping with Ivy's mum, adrienna's producer but he still manages to cause friction.

New Episode airs Tuesday at 9pm on E4.

Brothers and Sisters has returned to More 4 along with The Good Wife but i am still catching up with both of these iam afraid so i probably won't be blogging about the current series at the moment, i am sorry but i have a life!

One Tree Hill: Now i thought the new series would be back in time for the crossover episode with Life Unexpected but it does not look like it, Oh Well i was really looking forward to the new episode i have been cheating though and wtching all the promos on the CW site. Not to fear though i am getting my One Tree Hill fix daily on E4, I think it is now in season 4, last week was The second of the Naley weddings.

Life Unexpected: Okay so i am so excited season 2 started at the end of last week Thursday i think, and OMG what an awesome season opner. SPOILERS!Okay so in the first episode we see Kate and Ryan in their honeymoon phase and just to spread the love around Bug proposes to Lux just in time for the hunky stranger (Shaun Sipos, Melrose Place) to turn up at the bar and distract her completely, i have to say i like this guys chances, she does not want to get married to Bug.

Then in the whole theme of drama the other new stranger, bar tender, turns up (Arielle Kebbel, Gilmore Girls, Vampire Diaries) and burns down Bazes Bar after spending the night with Baze. Oh and just to throw another spanner in the works Kate and Ryan get a new Co Host. And woah shock ending hot guy from the bar is actually hot teacher!
I will do further updates as i watch them, i am sooo excited.

Gilmore Girls: Okay so i know that yet again i am behind on my updated blog post but i am hoping to catch up over the next coupple of weeks, please forgive me.

Skins: Okay so i am afraid after some really poor reviews of the new season in the UK i have decided not to bother with skins and just keep the fond memories of the previous series but i am still looking to try out the American version for size, with all the media attention it is getting i really want to see that it is as bad as they say.

Everwood: This is well into the second season now is just keeps getting better and better i think i am in love with this show, the charcaters are all so believable and the storylines are down to earth.

Vampire diaries: Returns this week on the first of Feb- Tomorrow and i cannot wait!

Gossip Girl: Also returning this week on wednesday night at 9pm on itv2.

Make it or Break it: What can i say? This show just keeps getting better and better! I love it.

Update 16/01

Okay so I know I have not done an update in a while, I have just been so busy. And well there hasn’t been a lot on TV; everything is starting up over the next couple of weeks after a break over the holidays.
Okay so first of all we have the awesome three part series ITV1 showed over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday called Above Suspicion: Okay so I have completely forgotten what happened in the last series as they just seem to be dotted about all over the place.
Silent Witness was also back on our screens last week, with there usually two part special over the Monday and Tuesday nights, I have to say that the episodes I have seen so far are nowhere near as good as last series but maybe it will get better, I will hang in there for another week or so and then give up if it gets no better.
Zen, is also a new BBC 1 drama and I watched the entire first episode but more out of boredom than anything else as it wasn’t as good as I thought it would be, actually from what I remember (I was tired) it was sending me to sleep. I will see the next episode but after that I will probably give up, I don’t see it getting any better.
Then we of course have the daily programmes that I have become addicted to, One Tree Hill is now on its 3 season, with episodes ten to fifteenish showing this week. Life Unexpected season 1 is being reshown in the afternoons on E4, and if you have not yet discovered this awesome show, I suggest you find out about it soon, it started on Monday. It is about a girl who after being in the system for most of her life goes in search of her birth parents and to get emancipated and live outside of the system with her best friend and their boyfriends, not everything goes to plan and she eventually gets to know her birth parents well, and decide that maybe getting emancipated would not be the best idea. I am desperate for this to coma back to the UK and they do say on the page that it will be back in January- but when E4? When? Your killing me? Hopefully because they have an overlap episode with One Tree Hill, that will also be back in Januray although I doubt it as we usually have One Tree Hill in the summer/ September, but maybe they will change their minds.
Gilmore Girls is showing still and if you have yet to discover my running commentary I have been doing as I watch it again, check it out here.
And then of course we have Everwood, my newfound obsession. It is one of those epic family dramas the WB put together before they got taken over, it is up there with Gilmore Girls on my list I have today. Because this is such a little known thing and kind of a cult thing really, I know this because of the many sites out there dedicated to it. Everwood is a small town, to which Dr Brown moves his son and Daughter to after the tragic accident killing their mother. Dr Brown, a well-known surgeon from New York is known as pone of the best in the business and everyone is a little surprised when he sets up his own small surgery and offers his help free. This, as it would in any town, earns him many friends and a few enemies, namely the other family doctor already in town, Dr Abbot. What Dr Abbot didn’t know was that his family is not in support of his frustration, especially his daughter whose boyfriend has been stuck in a coma for several months, she sees Dr Brown as a hope for Colin’s recovery.
90210 started last week and I have to say that this season looks so much better than the rest, and yes I say that slightly because I have always wanted to see Annie and Liam together. Though the rest of the cast seem to be a little boring right now but I know from looking at the previews there is a lot more drama to come. Yes you have been warned. I can’t wait to see what they do with everyone!
Make it or Break it is still going on on E4 Saturdays at 4pm, and I have to say that I think this programme just keeps getting better and better. I love how even through all of it they still manage to rely on each other. This is coming back to the US in the spring but they haven’t announced whether they are renewing it.
On the talk of programmes being renewed Pretty Little Liars is being picked up for a second season. The second half of the first season has yet to be shown in the UK but went back on air on Jan 3 in US. Abc Family has also announced they are renewing The Secret Life, but seeing as I have yet to start this series I don’t know whether I care yet. ABC has also said they may renew Desperate Housewives and they are “not sure” about Brothers and Sisters.
On the note of Desperate Housewives, I am now desperate for it to come back but no news yet.
With all the new shows knocking around right now I almost forgot to talk about Gossip Girl and Vampire Diaries.  ITV2 still haven’t announced any dates for TVD but GG returns to our screens on the 2nd of feb.
Now we have one of the most important bits of this week, it was Glee of course! And can I just say – How awesome is season 2? I have been watching promos and clips for weeks but I have to say they really did exceed my expectations in this episode- it was great episode, although I can see Rachel getting on my nerves very very quickly. The new “transfer” student has the most amazing voice although that is to be expected; she was “discovered” by Oprah.  I have as always downloaded all the songs already and have been singing along since. Glee was the most watched digital TV last night pulling in 2 million viewers.
And then we have Tuesday night with 90210- It’s so sad to see Naomi falling apart like she is. I think that this season is going to get better and better, so I will be tuning in every week, make sure you are too.
Okay so I think I have covered everything but if I think of anything I missed I will add it on.

2011 Movies part 1

Okay so this is a list of all the movies i am looking forward to in the next year, kind of in chronological order but i will be adding as the relase information comes out, so check back.

The dilemma
Plot: A comedy as a guy struggles with whether to tell his best friend that his wife is having an affair.

Verdict: Now i am not completely sure about this one but the trailer looks good, and i love Vince Vaughn in everything he has been in before so, for him, i will give it a chance.

No Strings attached
Plot: A comedy centred around a couple of friend who decide to keep their relationship strictly physical.

Verdict: Okay so this looks like another bad rom com and i don't really know why it is on here apart from i think that since Ashton Kutcher did his whole TV series which flopped (although it really shouldn't have) i have a new respect for him and a hope that actually he can find a good script, fingers crossed.

From Prada to Nada Plot: Two rich white girls lose their money after their father dies and have to become poor.

Verdict: Okay so think Material Girls but , and i mean this in a non racist way, Mexican. I am looking forward to this purely because i really liked Material Girls (I know i am wierd). It also has Alexa Vega, and i love her in nearly everything she's done so it can't be all bad.

The Roomate

Plot:

Verdict: The only reason i am watching this is Ashton Kutcher and not because he is hot, which he is, but because i think now that he has spent some time behind the camera (The beautiful Life) there is hope he can pick out a good movie to be in now. Fingers crossed.

From Prada to Nada
Plot: Okay so two sisters lose their fortune when their father dies and have to move in with family in Mexico and live "poor".

Verdict: Okay so i am thinking that this is going to be a lot like Material Girls, which i don't have a problem with, i loved that movie, but better, purely because of Alexa Vega.

The Roomate
Plot: Okay so Sara moves to collega and it turns out her roomate is a phsyco.

Verdict: Okay so i am not ussually into this sort of thing but just because of the awesome cast i thought it deserved a spot on this list and i have to say that the storyline looks like it could be good, i just hope that a rubbish story is being covered up by an awesome cast.

Just go with it
Plot: A guy convinces a mother of two (Aniston) to pose as his soon to be divorced wife in order to get the girl of his dreams.

Verdict: Okay so usually i am not a big fan of Adam Sandler, he just makes me cringe but i think that with Jennifer Aniston in this he will be nicely balanced out.

Unknown
Plot: Dr Harris wakes up from a coma to discover someone has taken on his identity, no one believes him, not even his wife.

Verdict: Okay so this looks amazing and i love Neeson in virtually all his movies.

90210

Okay so i have to say that i think 90210 has finally come into maturity, i think this season is going to be the best yet. This episode was pretty awesome. i finally feel as if Naomi is a real person, as she actually shows some emotions in this episode. I do not however like the look of Adrianna's season so far, i think i am actually going to hate her by the end of the season, maybe even tempted to kill her. Now Oliver on the other hand, he is going to be interesting and i hope they don't get rid of him too quickly, he looks like he could cause some serious damage.
As for the drama i think i need to go through and re-watch the last season, at least the last episode because i am a little confused, i didn't think Annie had handed in herself in, although i am glad she did. Also i completely forgot that her parents were getting a divorce? okay so i definitely need to have a look at the last episode.

Okay so next week we have the new episodes of Glee, i am actually excited about TV this season, there is so much good stuff going on.

Okay so this is just a quick post to let you all know that although i do have exams coming up, i have already reserved my copy of Awakened on Amazon, too excited.
