Numb3rs- making maths cool again

Okay so this show is my new found obsession even though it has been around for ages now and has in fact finished filming its last season.
So why am I so obsessed?
Well because for once there is a show out there with some smarts, making maths cool again. Can maths ever be cool you ask? Yes is the answer when it is being used to solve crimes and shot things, it is amazing. It is also a good show for all you geeks out there because not only is Charlie the most amazing mathematician but he also has a amazing family and a hot girlfriend. (Yes i am a girl and no, but i can still appreciate.)
Okay so lets meet some of the characters:

Charlie: Okay so this is the main character and the maths genius. Charlie works at the university Cal Sci with Amita and Larry. He teaches, what else? Maths. His Brother Don is FBI and he comes in to help him out with his Job. Charlie still lives at home with his dad although quite early on he buys the house from his dad but lets his dad stay with him. Oh yeah and i say smart i mean Harvard at 13. He is played by David Krumholtz, yes that guy from Ten Things I Hate About You.

Don: Although he has moved out of the house he still spends the majority of the time at home with Charlie and his dad. He has worked for the FBI for ages before he asks Charlie to come in and help him out. Don has a string of flings with various women through the series but does not seem to be the type to settle down. Rob Morrow plays this part amazingly well.

Alan: Although his boys are both completely different people he manages to bring them together ussually over beers, pizza and a pool table. He does not seem to have a job but he manages to keep an eye on his sons'. He is played by Judd Hirsch.

David Sinclair: Okay so this guy works with Don at the FBI and has done since the start. He has sort of a very simple approach to problems and is generally the hero in the senario as much as the Eppes brothers take credit. Earlier season we only see him working by himself but later on when Colby arrives, they become pretty much inseparable.

Colby: Okay so this is David's partner. We first see him when he is transferred him but he does not seem to be anything unusual, that is until he gets kidnapped for being a spy. He arrives in season two. Played by Dylan Bruno.

Amita: Okay so at the start of the first season she is just Charlie's assistant but later on they become an item, at the same time she becomes a part of the family. She seems to really know what she is talking about and she also seems to keep Charlie in check so that he actually speaks English rather than maths talk. You may recognise her from The Oc as Theresa.

Nikki: Okay so she only came in for the last two seasons and for most of the fifth she is treated like the new guy who hasn't got a clue but by the time she has been around for a while she seems to be able to hold her own. she is played by Sophina Brown.

Liz: So she is an agent who works with Don in the last couple of seasons and they do have a thing for a while but it does not go well and she ends up floating in and out of the picture for a while. She is played by Aya Sumika.

Larry: Okay so Larry is the physics professor who works at Cal Sci with Charlie although he seems to spend more time with Charlie in the maths department. He has a certain charm, a geekiness that you just have to love and apparently Megan does.

Megan: Okay so she is an agent who works for Don. She is usually known for her role in Roswell High as Mrs DeLuca.
